Panorama
comprises of 55 individual luxury villas set upon a verdant hillside each with a view down the valley and the Gulf of Thailand. The stunning 16 acre (64,000 m2) plot of prime land is just minutes from unspoilt beaches, a nearby golf course, 15-20 minutes away from Hua Hin town centre, and 30-40 minutes away from Hua Hin airport. It is not difficult to believe why these luxurious villas, set amidst lush tropical greenery, are fast becoming the most exclusive homes in Hua Hin.
The Villa community
has been established based on the idea of tropical pool villa homes with Balinese and contemporary styling. The concept of the villas is a mix of three integrated elements namely internal space, covered open space and true outdoor space. Enclosed by walled gardens, the outdoor space forms external rooms which are treated with the same importance as the enclosed rooms. Internal space is punctuated by vaulted high ceilings, and large windows permitting tremendous views. The transition between inside and outside with covered open space ensures protection from the rain and sun at all times. These are intimate homes for relaxing, entertaining and enjoying the very best of tropical life with family and friends.
There are four styles of villa -
The Placid is a lovely two bedroom home with three bathrooms (two en suite) and a private infinity pool. The Aqua is a larger two bedroom home with private infinity pool, four bathrooms (two en suite) and maid's quarters. Nature villas offer three bedrooms, a large private infinity pool, five bathrooms (three en suite) and maid's quarters. Finally, the Ocean is a magnificent two storey home with three bedrooms, large private infinity pool, five bathrooms (three en suite), maid's quarters and huge internal and external space All villas are raised so as to capitalise on the gently sloping landscape, maximise views in a cinema style and create privacy whether you are relaxing in the sala or bathing in the pool. All villas feature the following:
- Private salt chlorination system1 raised infinity pool
- Private open Balinese-style 'sala' next to the pool
- Outside terrace area with BBQ area leading off the lounge
- En suite master bedrooms with direct access to the pool
- State of the art thermal cavity block construction to save energy
- Shingle roof tiles for softer appearance, better wear and insulation
- Direct sea views from pool and lounge terrace areas
1 In a salt chlorination system, salt is placed in a cell or electrode, which receives a safe, low-voltage current from a power unit. As a result, chlorine gas is produced, which purifies the water just as traditional chlorine does. however, unlike traditional chlorine, the strong chemical smell is not evident and the water feels softer than traditionally chlorinated water.
